• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
• Maintained corporate and client dining websites including keeping content fresh and continuously improving.
• Create and publish blog content to websites.
• Design and direct promotional campaigns at accounts through our displays in conjunction with the Brand team.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Work with internal teams to provide design assistance to materials (print, digital and web-based) utilized across the company (training, policies, etc.).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other equivalent programs
• 4+ years' experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in using graphic/web design software and social media platforms (ie. HTML, WordPress, SEO Tools, Email Marketing Tools, etc.)
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and creatively devise and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Proficiency in office and marketing software programs (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Effective communicator; demonstrated ability to communicate at various levels including management, clients, customers, and staff levels.
