The server position is responsible for set-up, greeting and welcoming our residents, taking resident orders, serving meals, and re-setting for the next meal. Servers will also perform routine clean-up and sanitation duties, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards. We strive to provide excellent care and customer service to our residents while serving their meals in a restaurant setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Food handling and/or serving experience.
• Earned high school degree or GED at the time of hire.
• Valid food handler’s permit.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire (class provided).
• Trained feeding assistant with 60 days of employment.
• General knowledge of commercial grade kitchen equipment use, safety, and maintenance preferred.
