Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble complex components and subassemblies according to specifications and drawings
· Maintain high levels of production output while ensuring quality and accuracy
· Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to minimize production downtime
· Ensure the proper use of tools, machinery and equipment during assembly processes
· Train and mentor junior assemblers as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3+ years of experience in assembly or related field
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
· Familiarity with hand and power tools and assembly machinery
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
