Family Alliance Care is seeking passionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to join my team.

We are currently hiring for:

• The Fayetteville area (45118)
• AND in the Loveland area (45140).

A DSP promotes self-determination, choices, encourages independence, and uses a person-centered approach to help provide a customized type of support.

Responsibilities:

We assist individuals with developmental disabilities in both their home and in the community. Day-to-day, we assist individuals with their daily living activities (personal care, grocery shopping, cooking, administer medication, laundry, general house cleaning, and other duties based on the individuals needs).

Requirements:

• No experience necessary
• Must have a high school diploma/GED
• Pass State and Federal Background Check
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
