The Role
The Director, Compensation Analysis, will implement and administer compensation programs, processes, and policies. This role will collaborate with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide analytical support for various initiatives and projects. The Manager, Compensation, will perform job evaluations, grading, and market pricing analysis on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive projects and work independently with limited supervision. Location:
We are open to this person being based out of one of regional offices. 4 days in the office / 1 day remote. Offices include our Boston headquarters, NYC, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Miami, Estero, Dallas, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Responsibilities:
  • Research the labor market to set pay ranges for new positions and regularly refresh analyses and pay range recommendations for current positions with the latest and best available information.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to set fair and competitive pay ranges for open requisitions
  • Support analyses on broad compensation trends within the construction industry
  • Own the process of participation in third-party compensation surveys
  • Support the annual salary and compensation review processes
  • Own the end-to-end salary review process, which includes project management of salary analysis
  • Partner with Operations & Corporate leaders to help design processes to support ongoing compensation changes
  • Partner with People & Culture partners to support the process of tracking and evaluating job changes to recommend potential changes in compensation guidance
  • Guide both managers and employees through annual compensation processes
  • Participate in discussion and development of compensation strategies, philosophies, and policies
  • Support the Business & Talent partner teams on analytical and data-intensive projects
  • Synthesize HR and talent information from a range of sources to draw actionable insights
  • As needed, support the HR Team to develop and manage short-term wide-scale complex administrative processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in administering compensation plans, including plan design, plan communications, and execution.
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Proven success as an influencer and as a change agent

Working Conditions:
