RUME is dedicated to providing accessible testing and wellness programs for all. We offer point of care testing, vaccinations and urgent care services at a price that patients can afford. Our goal is to provide Healthcare and testing for everyone.

Rume is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to support our School based Health Care business. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization. It is vital that you are passionate about helping people by providing excellent customer service, professionalism and accuracy to all patients and employees.

This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. The primary focus of this project addresses school care and services. This is a on site position with Travel expectations. Priority will be given to candidates that are in the Pacific time zone.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervising and providing overall guidance to Healthcare Service Providers, including Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician assistants, etc.).
  • Evaluating the performance of all Healthcare Service Providers
  • Managing the Healthcare Service Providers performance and metrics

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Self-starter responsible day to day management of the providers of wellness services for our Campus Clinic program
  • Manage Long-Term Care and Telemedicine relationships
  • Lead overall business unit performance & compliance to meet service levels and performance metrics
  • Involvement in Strategic planning and implementing tactical solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of clinical services
  • Evaluate new ideas and concepts from the Owner/CEO/Visionary, verifying alignment with business core focus.
  • Tactically implement the vision and strategy of the Owner/CEO/Visionary, ensuring a consistent message throughout the organization.
  • Leadership, Management, and Accountability. Lead, manage, and hold leadership accountable). A lead from the front mentality.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, creating a lean operations team managing multiple school locations.
  • Drive the growth of the School Wellness programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of new services, such as physicals, vaccinations, mental wellness, auditory and vision programs
  • Identify, develop, refine, and implement processes and systems to clarify expectations, increase efficiency, and ensure accountability and scalability.
  • Provide the resources necessary to create and achieve meaningful quarterly goals (Rocks) and track ongoing progress in quarterly meetings.
  • Managing performance and schedules
  • Develop Process work flows
  • Work with Relationship management team to develop the School Wellness program

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 5+ years experience in a management role
  • 2+ years experience in Healthcare
  • Experience in medical group management experience settings
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with managing Health Care providers preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience leading across global and/or matrixed organizations to scale
  • Demonstrated experience to influence and strategically solve problems
  • Expert consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Operations Director
  • BS/BA in Management, business administration or relevant field experience

Physical Requirements

  • This is a hybrid position. Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and reach often
  • Must be able to operate a computer and requisite programs with or without accommodation
  • Will travel 30%-50%
  • Able to lift up to 20-30 pounds with or without assistance

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
