Title: Director of Cultivation

- M&H Cannabis’ headquarters are in Kingston, Oklahoma where they have both Farm and Processing commercial buildings built in 2019 & 2020, respectively on a 8.4-acre property.
- M&H is a licensed Grower and Processing business.
- Cannabis Farm
- Actively operating a 20,000+ sq. ft. indoor grow facility in Kingston, Oklahoma.
- Currently developing an outdoor grow on roughly 3 acres (spring 2023) located on the same property as the indoor grow facility.
- Processing
- Actively operating a 3,200 sq. ft. processing facility located on the same property as the indoor grow facility and future outdoor grow.
RECRUITING MISSION:
M&H is looking to empower a qualified and highly motivated Director of Cultivation to operate and lead the cultivation team for its Oklahoma operation. The Director of Cultivation is responsible for leading all day-to-day cultivation operations. As the business grows rapidly in existing and new markets, the leader is expected to foster an environment where the people, processes, and technology work efficiently and in coordination with, an eye toward continual improvement. Finally, as a key driver of M&H Cannabis values, the Director of Cultivation ensures that M&H Cannabis delivers the highest level of quality and integrity across all touch points in the cultivation division.
COMPENSATION:
- $80 - $100Kbased on experience ; plus benefits.

- MUST HAVE 5+ years of senior experience in an cultivation leadership position within the regulated cannabis industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
- Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
- Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.
- Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
- Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
- Schedule harvest of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.
- Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes, enforcing strict adherence throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement year over year and quarterly budgets for the cultivation division.
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.
- Facilitate and oversee inspections using inventory and compliance audits.
- Conduct investigations when necessary - if inventory does not match production and transfer records.
- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with President to order supplies.
- Prepare reports summarizing harvest yields and conditions.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Oversee tracking compliance in METRC.
- Stay current with the latest grow solutions and technology. Establish relationships with suppliers as needed.
- Provide job responsibility, HR management and task management for direct reports.
- Follow up from OMMA inspections - correcting any issues identified.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent project management skills
- Must have extensive knowledge on irrigation, injection and growing methods, including an in-depth knowledge of PH, PPM, and EC counts
- Experience with irrigation and plumbing systems
- Experience managing a large cannabis operation highly preferred
- Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well in a group setting
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, METRC and other systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
