WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Wonder Sciences is looking for an innovative and driven Director of Growth Marketing to own and drive our customer acquisition efforts across owned and earned channels. We're a small, entrepreneurial team that moves fast, so your ability to quickly ramp up on new channels and tactics will be crucial to your success as the skills you already possess.

ABOUT THE ROLE

On a day-to-day basis, the Director of Growth Marketing will interface directly with the executive team and other business units to develop and execute the growth and marketing strategy for the Wondermed brand.

What you'll do:

• Drive the growth of our existing channels such as SEO, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.
• Methodically test and scale entirely new channels that can drive efficient customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize marketing websites to improve visitor engagement and drive conversions.
• Direct the company's Go-to-Market strategy including direct-to consumer, partnership, and B2B development.
• Build and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies to support the launch of the Wondermed brand nationwide.
• Leverage a process-based approach to market segmentation, product-market fit, and competitive analysis to refine brand positioning and identity.
• Lead a dedicated team responsible for the planning, development and execution of the organization's marketing and advertising initiatives (paid advertisement, PR, influencers, affiliate, etc) including content creation and deployment.
• Develop and track key business measures for all marketing strategies, including financial returns and management of department budget

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of marketing and growth experience, with a track record of building and scaling high performing customer acquisition systems from the ground up
• Experience with growth marketing for a product with a complex GTM and a multistep user journey
• An effective communicator who can clearly articulate decisions and mobilize support for key initiatives.
• Ability to provide direction, feedback, and insights on creative work with internal and external teams.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt and rapidly changing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience as a marketing leader, specifically with a healthcare or pharmaceutical focus.
• Experience as an early marketing hire at a venture backed company.
• Personal and professional interest in addressing issues found within the healthcare system.
