Job description
Position Summary:
The Director for Labs Outreach Services is responsible for the program development and operational management of Multicare Hospitals Northwest Community Laboratories (NWCL) Outreach Service departments, with direct responsibility over system functional area managers in logistics (client services, lab courier system, billing) and Business Development (sales, client account maintenance, marketing, communications), assuring clinically relevant quality, service and cost.
Minimum Requirements:
Ten (10) years of directly relevant experience
Proven market development success
Working knowledge of laboratory business development, billing and logistics
Proficient in customer relationship management tools and lab data analytics
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Master’s degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
