We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development and Investment Generalist to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling all aspects of the acquisition process, including due diligence and operations, as well as setting up and managing the property management function. Additionally, the Generalist will be responsible for modeling the viability of potential acquisitions, writing up deal sheets, handling marketing and leasing for the company, and maintaining all compliance and certifications for the properties.
