The Director of Sales & Marketing leads the revenue generation team on property and has a deep understanding of how to develop strong relationships with customers, how to effectively prospect and how to positively and creatively lead a team. The DOS will provide comprehensive solutions for clients with the goal of boosting top-line revenue growth.

What you will be doing

Identify, develop, and maintain property sales and marketing revenue objectives, plan and execute strategy and programs in accordance with the hotel's marketing plan with the primary objective of achieving top line room, food & beverage, and ancillary revenues | Lead and manage all members of the sales department to ensure that revenue and sales goals for the hotel are met | Serve as a member of the hotel leadership team

The ideal candidate for this position

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade without conflict | Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and within established deadlines | Possess a minimum of two years’ experience as a Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
