The Avenue Eat + Drink/Park & Rec DTSP/Dirty Laundry St. Pete

Located in the downtown St. Pete, FL, we have become recognized in the Tampa Bay area for our innovative concepts and continued growth.

What We NEED:

We are currently looking for a dynamic, service-minded dishwasher/prep cooks to join our team.

What We WANT:

It is the primary responsibility of the dishwasher to perform cleaning and prep procedures to the standards of the Kitchen Supervisor; under the direct supervision of Kitchen Supervisor. The dishwasher operates a specific station with others or independently. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Hunger + Thirst Groups’ policies, practices, and procedures.

• Is knowledgeable of and upholds the policies as it applies to conduct, expectations and procedures.

• Understand philosophy of management and owner. Displays consistent attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies.
• Represents Hunger + Thirst Group professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with all.
• Collaborates with team to create a culture and restaurant work environment based upon respect; fosters opportunities for team to learn, grow and develop their abilities.
• Understand completely all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is part of the decision making team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Includes but is not limited to the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Prepares all items accordingly via kitchen equipment. Properly package and wrap product
• Ability and willingness to works all stations in the kitchen time of need.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
