Position Summary

FNL Process Coordinator (PC) contributes to the success of FNL by ensuring that our defined and controlled processes are being trained and executed in a consistent manner where customers receive a complete and accurate order, on time and at the targeted costs as defined by our budgeted plan.

The responsibility of a Process Coordinator (PC) is to work closely between the SFS Leadership and our associates to ensure that our balance, work methods and flows are safely controlled between all departments while maintaining a consistent approach and performance to our defined performance metrics. This role is both an execution and continuous improvement role where the expectation is to support and embrace positive change in our operations.

This is step up role that is intended to help build future leaders. This is a cross-functional role where the Process Coordinator (PC) is expected to work across multiple departments or areas to ensure our goals are met.

Essential Functions of Job:

Customer Focus – PC will be expected to desire knowledge and insight into our customer needs to improve service. Ability to assign and safely maintain a balanced flow of operations resulting on on-time or better results. PC will support an effective

Building Trust – PC will be responsible for leading by example, showing consistency in his/her approach, follow-through on any commitments made to our teams and by giving direct but helpful feedback to our associates. Key function of the job will be the ability to send and receive communication, to or from your leader, peer or direct report relationship in a manner which results in a safe and successful outcome against goals.

Self-Development – PC will be responsible for accepting and taking new assignments and the successful completion of all FN sponsored trainings. A PC must be willing to learn and commit in gaining knowledge of the inter-relatedness of current safety, operating methods, and systems and how they may support the overall performance of our teams. Showing the ability and effectiveness in learning and supporting our defined processes and supporting systems.

Driving Results – PC will be expected to show an eagerness to learn and support others in achieving both personal and our FNL goals on a daily, weekly and YTD basis. PC will be asked to know and drive to our bottom-line targets and personally engage others in observation to help support the safety and success or our operations.

Dealing with Ambiguity - Work shifts can include early starts, late finishes, and weekends. During busy periods, overtime and flexibility may be required from our Process Coordinators. Demand and requirements can change regularly in our business, operating effectively through times of change or when things are not clear is a common path of a PC during his/her shift. A PC should be able to embrace these changing demands and find a best path to support best results.

Education Requirements

· 3 – 5 Years of Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment or related field is preferred

· Ability to embrace and receive new trainings to support Self - Development

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

· Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or previous experience with a menu-driven application or an ability to learn.

· Demonstrate effective problem-solving.

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple assignments to a successful completion.

· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, bilingual is a plus

Working Conditions

Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse distribution center.

In specific assignments, an employee may occasionally work near moving equipment and have an increased risk of exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, biological hazards, airborne fumes, outdoor weather conditions, and loud, prolonged noise.

Physical Requirements:

● Able to stand or walk for long periods (8-12 hours)

● Able to reach and extend both arms in full length

● Able to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 pounds

● Able to work with both hands

● Ability to ascend and descend staircases without restriction

● Able to work in aisles or floors other than ground level.

● Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
