Job description
Prep all hookahs and set-up the workspace at the beginning of the shift.
Approach customers and take orders using the designated menus.
Pack shisha into clay bowls using precise techniques.
Deliver hookahs to customers.
Change coals throughout the duration of the customers stay.
Clean/reset hookahs after use.
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace.
Break-down and put away all items at the end of the night.
Keep track of how much supplies is in inventory.
Keep track of how many hookahs are sold throughout the night.
Process card, cash, and digital transactions.
Skills
