Lapels Dry Cleaning, nationally leading company in dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally owned and operated and are seeking motivated employees who can provide client service in the front counter and assemble and bag orders in the back. We are looking for candidates that have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities - Front:

  • Provide warm, engaging interaction with clients
  • Provide clear descriptions of Lapels services and processes to clients
  • Check in client orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaning. Attention to detail
  • Building rapport with clients and the team.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and all clients, record issues, keep accurate records
  • Process client payments and discounts
  • Perform standard opening and closing duties
  • Keep store clean and tidy

Job Responsibilities - Back:

  • Inspect finished garments per Lapels quality control requirements
  • Assemble finished garments to order slot
  • Bag completed orders
  • Register and place bagged orders alphabetically
  • Clean & fold all Wash, Dry & Fold orders
  • Self-starter, team player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
