Are you an energetic, self-starter interested in the ever-growing industry of E-Commerce? Our Dog & Cat Business Unit supporting Nylabone, Four Paws and Cadet brands is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Associate to join our team!
The E-Commerce Associate will provide support in and be exposed to a variety of sales and marketing-related functions supporting the E-Commerce team. Main responsibilities will include – but not be limited to – digital catalog maintenance, site merchandising, product launch activities, competitive analysis, and other basic administrative duties assigned by the Director.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. The ability to work independently and proactively is necessary for success, along with working collaboratively with all levels of the E-Commerce team and cross-functional business leaders.

- Dive-in and develop curiosity for “why’s” within the business.
- Oversee and execute website updates including site content, product information, and support QA efforts for digital catalog, content, and promotions.
- Gain knowledge of e-commerce marketing and promotional strategies and tactics.
- Develop and execute competitive analysis process and workflow across E-Commerce channel.
- Contribute to processes that streamline E-Commerce workflows.
- Gain on-the-job work experience aligned with your career goals.
- Assist the E-Commerce Director with administrative tasks before deadlines.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar curriculum.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and critical thinking with an intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work in collaborative, team-based environment and develop relationships across functional groups.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and take guidance from multiple project sponsors at once.
- Knowledge of data and asset management tools a plus.
