Position Overview:
As eCommerce Coordinator, you are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the website. You will assist department managers in a multitude of initiatives including on site merchandising, promotions, customer service, UAT, email marketing and PPC.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile product information from all stakeholders and prepare for upload to PDP
- Create product cards in Magento
- Assign taxonomy
- Build content pages
- Regularly QA landing pages, offers, discount codes and links
- Support customer service on ticket escalations
- Create and maintain promo codes
- Manage online employee discount rules
- Gather Customer Service team feedback and develop action plans. Report those website changes back to Customer Experience to close the feedback loop
- Update landing and content pages on the site
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experience in ecommerce
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills evaluating complex data and market research.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite • Interest in fashion • We are looking for someone who takes initiative
- CSS and HTML experience is a must
Pay Range: $24.00 to $26.00
