Job description

Provide support for CEO and COO. Manage CEO calendar, emails, voicemails, CRM notes, CRM tasks, and any other requests.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for CEO and team.
  • Manage all CEO emails.
  • Manage all CEO voicemails.
  • Create and manage tasks for CEO on CRM for all clients.
  • Create and manage all CRM task for staff.
  • Manage CEO social media.
  • Projects and tasks assigned by CEO and COO.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Exceptional writing skills a MUST.
  • High degree of customer service orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Takes initiative when warranted. Positive and energetic attitude. Can tolerate stressful situations.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge/experience using Microsoft Suite of software - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
