Southwest Family Physicians is a patient-centered health care facility for individuals and families. Our office is located right in the heart of Tigard, Oregon, just a short drive from Portland city center.

Our dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, midwives, and other medical professionals focuses on providing personalized care the old fashioned way. We cater to each patient’s individual health care needs with respect, kindness, and care.

Southwest Family Physicians proudly offers a blend of medical solutions, including routine exams for patients of all ages, primary care, behavioral health counseling, physical medicine, coaching, and in-house lab services. We provide a wide range of women’s health services, including hormone therapy, obstetrics, and midwifery.

Our weight loss and wellness program, Oregon Medical Weight Loss offers weight and diabetes management and reversal. Through visits with medical team members and educational classes, we help you regain control of your health.

In order to take care of our patients as whole individuals, we offer on-site acupuncture and massage therapy services. Patients can also meet with a licensed therapist for comprehensive mental health care and counseling for the entire family.

Southwest Family Physicians offers flexible and online scheduling for both new and established patients. With appointment availability six days a week, including early morning and evening hours, patients can receive the health care they need at a convenient time for them.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for our owner/medical director. They must be flexible with roles and should enjoy a challenge, bringing creative problem-solving capabilities to a diverse spectrum of job duties. They should be well-organized while being excited to juggle and confident to streamline processes. The individual should be able to work in a dynamic environment, while multi-tasking and prioritizing appropriately, including scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the owner’s behalf.
