We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team while delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. You will act as a crucial link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive team.

· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

· Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

· Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

· Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.

Customer Support:

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex cases as needed.

· Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist customers efficiently.

· Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs, coordinating efforts to deliver outstanding service.

· Identify and communicate customer feedback, trends, and concerns to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

· Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building.

· Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, email clients

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism.

· Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.

· Knowledge of customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

· Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
