The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health franchise, is hiring a Personal Trainer for studios in Hamilton county. This is a unique opportunity to work in a very rewarding industry.

• Applicants should be energetic, personable, empathetic, positive, strong communicators, adaptable, love helping people, team-oriented, and have a genuine interest in exercise, health and fitness.
• Knowledge of exercise science and physiology is a plus.
• Current personal training certification, is not required, but certainly a plus.
• We will train and certify new employees in our highly differentiated methods.

We utilize proprietary, computer-controlled equipment called Exerbotics® which gives us the unique ability to: provide eccentric training, control range of motion and cadence, track client performance data, and fully customize each exercise to the individual. Exerbotics machines measure a client's effort in real-time, and adapt the exercise to them in real-time, as well as provide instant visual feedback. Coaches run clients through prescribed workouts in one-on-one sessions, as well as small group sessions.

We are the ideal solution for those who are busy, don’t like the gym scene, are not exercise enthusiasts, or are afraid of getting hurt. Our clients achieve the results that matter most to them with no more than two, 20-minute workouts per week.

Site locations - we are hoping to find a candidate who may be able/willing to potentially split hours between our Carmel studio and our Fishers studio. This is not a requirement, but would increase the number of hours available to work.
