Atrium Health Primary Care Lake Park Family Medicine, located in Indian Trail, NC, opened in June 2003 to serve the medical needs of Lake Park, Hemby Bridge, and surrounding communities in Union County.

Position Highlights:

• PRN Schedule: Days of the week, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm when providers are out for PTO/CME; 1-6 days per month
• Full scope FM Clinic
• Join 1 Physician and 2 APPs
• Outpatient only
• No Call
• Suburban practice moving to a new building in June of 2023 featuring 21 exam rooms
• Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology
• A short working commute from South Charlotte

• Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired
