ALK Source Materials, Inc., (ASM) the leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello’ group of companies, is recruiting for our Production Equipment Maintenance Technician I/II position. Join our stable and growing company located in our 120,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID (River Bend Park).
As a team member, the Production Support Maintenance Technician I is responsible to ensure all production and facility equipment is ready use and operating in a robust state. Systems and equipment include custom pharmaceutical processing equipment, lyophilizers, autoclaves, temperature-controlled environments, HVAC equipment and general facility repairs. The position also ensures maintenance activities are documented within established maintenance database and associated forms.
The successful candidate shall have a high school diploma or equivalent, be technically minded with 0-2 years related work experience and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional team. Thorough communication skills and teamwork are a must.
All positions at ASM require the ability to comfortably work around deceased stinging insects, allergenic materials, hazardous chemicals and solvents and laboratory reagents.
