Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
Position Status: Part-Time / Full-Time
Job Locations: Barstow and Victorville
- Barstow - 2 days Thrs/Fri
- Victorville - 3 day Mon/Tues/Wed

We are seeking a California licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our company expansion. The position requires someone to provide diagnosis and treatment of Adult, Children, and Women's Health care in an outpatient setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sees ambulatory patients for selected laboratory testing, examination, diagnosis, and treatment of both chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries. Writes prescriptions and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.
- Schedules follow-up visits as needed.
- Performs physical examinations (Pap tests, etc.).
- Counsels patients and helps them understand their limitations and abilities.
- Coordinates health promotional activities (providing printed information, routine testing, flu shots, mammograms, etc.).
- Performs staff employment physicals, TB testing, etc.
- Acts as a resource person for decisions, planning, and policies affecting the health of patients.
- Maintains outpatient records.
- Records statistics and conducts research as deemed necessary by clinic.
- Compiles necessary reports concerning ambulatory care at facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- California Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA
- ANCC Certification, a plus
- Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Minimum of one year of clinic experience
- Willing and able to be Flexible working other Clinic sites as assigned
Full-time benefits (30+hrs/wk) include: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. Vacation, Sick, Holiday pay, and all other benefits mandated by law.
License, DEA, & CME reimbursement for eligible full-time 30+hrs/wk (after completing probationary period).
