One to One Health is currently seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant to provide primary care services to patients in an employer-sponsored family health center @ Lodge Wellness Center in South Pittsburg Tn.

This is a part-time day shift position in state-of-the-art clinic settings. Hourly rate is based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide primary care services.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols.
• Provide health screenings, immunizations, and other disease prevention programs.
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions in order to meet the needs of patients and/or families served.
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and health advocacy services of patients.
• Provide occupational care, as needed.
• Administer medicines and treatments.
• Order, administer and analyze the diagnostic tests.
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system.
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed.
• Perform related duties, as required.

• Experience with EMR systems
• Adaptable in differing situations
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Must be flexible with hours/shifts, if assigned
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times
• Display teamwork with a team player mindset
• Be organized with attention to detail

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Tennessee
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee
• Prescriptive authorization
• Licensed as an RN and APN Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• One (1) year of relevant clinical experience preferred

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Varied activities include, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting. The position may be stressful at times.
