While helpful to have, jewelry experience is not required–we’re happy to train and teach the right candidate.

As one of our creative jewelry associates your role will include:

• Delivering a superior customer service experience to our valued generations of customers who love that we are a no-pressure and casual establishment to care for all their jewelry needs.

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and desires.

• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of our products and services.

• Help to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

• Answer phones, emails, and other social media communications.

• Collaborate with master jewelers and clients to bring artistic jewelry projects to life.

• If you’re up for a creative outlet, you’ll be encouraged to photograph and share your beautiful images on our social media and add those products to our website.

Requirements:

• Some retail experience preferred

• General computer knowledge and skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Able to pass a criminal background check & drug test

Extremely helpful, but not required:

• Knowledge of Jewelry, Gemstones, and jewelry fabrication

• Someone who can assist in the strategy and management of social platforms

• Assist in the management of the website including content, web updates and product uploads

• Manage incoming customer orders and expedite outbound shipping

• Working knowledge of WordPress with WooCommerce, a major plus

• Experience with e commerce platforms such as Etsy and Ebay, a major plus

• Photography, especially product photography, a major plus.

Job Type:

• Full-time

• Tuesday through Saturday

• Extra Seasonal hours available in December.

Starting wage:
33-35k per year

DOE, with raise after probationary period
Store Hours**:
Tuesday - Friday from 9:30am to 5:30
Saturday from 10:00 to 3:00.

We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

**Store employees are expected to arrive 30 minutes before opening and up to 30 minutes upon closing to secure the showroom.
