PURPOSE
The Field Training Officer is an important resource to ensure field staff are properly trained. Your purpose is to conduct initial onsite interviews, Onboarding classes, initial training with staff and remedial training. Communication is mission critical in this role. Maintaining a pleasant, but also direct style of communication will minimize misunderstandings. You must follow company procedure and clearly communicate company procedures to field staff. This can be a high stress role where you must be able to manage a lot of information and staff members at once.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Military Experience a plus
• Proficient is Microsoft Office
• Supervisor Experience a plus
• CPR Certified

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to enclosed list)

• Initial onsite training w/ new Officers by Training Checklist
• Updating Training Checklists per site
• Weekly Company Presentation & Career Progression classes
• Monthly Training classes w/ staff
• Performing Site Checks and other Operational errands
• Reviewing Destiny Data and providing feedback
  
• Backfilling open shifts as needed

SCHEDULE:

• Must have Full availability to work any shift assigned. AM, PM & Overnights
