Supervisor: Creative & Communications Director

Employment Status: Full-time exempt or non-exempt employee based on a 40 hours per week schedule. Employees are expected to devote the number of hours necessary to complete their respective tasks. May include weekend, holiday and/or possible evening hours. Specific daily schedules will be determined by the Supervisor.

Position Purpose:

The Film Producer & Jr. Videographer would be dedicated to producing, filming and video editing needs for Radiant Church.

Position Responsibilities:

• Produce video content for events, ministry initiatives, programs, departments, classes, etc in the Radiant Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, scripting, finding locations, scheduling talent, procuring props/wardrobe, etc.
• Assist in the development and creation of video elements used in weekend production and communications (motion backgrounds, Radiant News, talking heads, etc.)
• Manage and oversee all Creative Department video gear inventory & film studio inventory
• Organize and manage all video/media assets on the Radiant Church server (completed projects, sound and video libraries, etc)
• Capture b-roll and video content for applicable projects and events
• Other duties as assigned

• Supports the works of the ministry of Radiant Church

• Willing to become, if not already, a partner of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in audio and lighting for controlled video shoots
• Understanding of post production workflow
• Passion for storytelling
• Great taste in music
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in meeting task/deadline requirements
• Ability to work with a variety of different types of individuals
• Highly developed communication skills; ability to express ideas and concepts in both written and verbal form
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Willingness to take on new tasks and initiatives
