This is a full-time non-exempt position that reports to the Finance and Insurance Manager. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday – 8:30 A – 5:30 P and Saturday – 8:00 AM – 3:00P. The successful candidate would rotate their day off each week. Applications will be reviewed and candidates selected for interview based on qualifications. Responsibilities include collecting, verifying, submitting, and maintaining pertinent and sensitive information of customers for our Dealership regarding retail financing. Responsible for being familiar with sales, financing, titling procedures and have a flair for working with the public. Ensuring that the company’s daily retail finance functions run accurately and effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous experience in finance and insurance and title work is required.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Good math skills and ability to identify numerical errors.
- Hands on experience with MS Excel, DMS and WV DMV VRS software.
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
