Finance Office Assistant FT
The Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston are seeking a FT Finance Office Assistant for their Finance Department located at their Motherhouse in Brighton MA. This is a FT onsite position.
The Finance Office Assistant will maintain records of accounts receivable, prepare cash deposits for bank, and scan checks to bank. Maintains the student billing system for designated schools and performs various clerical support tasks for the Finance Department, particularly in the area of accounts receivable.
High School Diploma with some office experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to follow directions. Good organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
