We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst based in Worcester MA. This position will provide financial analysis support to the organization.

Job Summary:

1. Compile and analyze financial data including:

  • identifying trends relating to forecasts and projections
  • cash deposits and benchmarking of targets and trend analysis relative to cash flow
  • expense analysis and projections

2. Assist in preparing internal daily/weekly/monthly reports for billing and accounting 3. Generate accurate and timely grant/contract billing each month. Including working with department managers in regards to grants/contracts and monthly meetings.

4. Generate budgets for grant applications as requested.

5. Assist with preparation of audit schedules related to any external or internal audits

6. Assist with preparation Health Center's Annual Agency Budget

7. Various accounting research and analysis as needed/requested

8. Review and financial analysis of each department/specialty to monitor financial sustainability

9. Research accounting rules and regulations, as needed

10. Participation on various committees such as UDS, EPM reporting and revenue enhancement.

11. Work closely with the Accounting team related to month end reconciliation, financial analysis and budgeting

12. Assist with preparation of external reporting, Federal, State, banking

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with major in accounting or finance
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Excel
  • 1 years of Accounting department activity.
