As a Financial Analyst at Healogics, you’ll be joining a team of professionals dedicated to supporting and retaining our hospital partners with the overall objective of delivering evidence-based and compassionate care to every patient who would benefit.

Who you are: A self-motivated and detail oriented financial analyst who thrives on being a vital contributor and collaborator in a fast-paced work environment. Someone who is a great team member with strong analytical skills and has the ability to understand trends and financial results. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration. (Master’s degree a plus.)
• Has previous work experience in finance (Prior experience in the health care industry a strong plus.)
• Has strong verbal communication skills and people/relationship skills along with data, analytical and modeling skills that includes using database technology and advanced MS Excel.

What you’ll do: As a Financial Analyst I/II/III, you will play a critical role in achieving both our hospital partners’ and Healogics’ clinical and financial objectives. You will assist our operations team deliver on financial and quality contractual commitments, and perform analysis of hospital partner financial data including collections and reimbursement, to help drive improved performance for our centers. In this role, you will work closely with Healogics senior leadership, Vice Presidents of Operations, Revenue Cycle Managers as well as Program Directors working within the hospital outpatient department.

Level of Financial Analyst (I, II or III) commensurate with prior experience.
