Job Description Summary
The Lead Cash Flow Analyst is a key finance position reporting to the Nuclear Senior Finance Manager – Cash Flow Planning and Analysis with significant interface to the expanded Nuclear finance team. This position will support forecasting, reporting and analysis for the cash flow statement, including key performance indicators. This position will also support functional and headcount reporting.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support forecasting process (i.e., Strategic plan, Budget and short-range forecasts) for balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Support the closing and reporting process for balance sheet and cash flow
- Provide detailed variance analysis of actual cash flow results versus forecast and prior periods, including detailed analysis of working capital and all key balance sheet accounts
- Maintain forecasting files and cash trackers for the Nuclear business
- Calculate metrics and key performance indicators
- Coordinate data requests with Finance Managers
- Support the FP&A team in ad-hoc data requests
- Support special projects and KPMG audit requests as assigned
- Drive process & reporting simplification and automation
- Document procedures for assigned areas of responsibility
- Support functional reporting to leadership
- Support Corporate data requests
- Support headcount reporting to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of related finance experience

Eligibility Requirements
- Relocation to Wilmington, NC
The salary range for this position is $79.30K-$110.00K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
