FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in supporting Lion Street Management and the Sales Operations Team with internal and external reporting. Responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. to provide insights, trends, and opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Reporting for all Divisions
• Collect and analyze sales data from various sources across the Life, Institutional and Broker Dealer divisions
• Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
• Collaborate with Director of Data Management to create efficiencies in reporting
• Participate in monthly revenue meetings and provide insight on data trends
• Provide information to and serve as liaison to sales operations team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge
• Project management experience in designing and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze data.
• Knowledge of Macros a plus
• Prior Knowledge of compensation structures or life insurance background a plus
• Attention to detail
• Desire to continuously learn and grow with our company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
