Hours: 7:30-1:00
JOB OBJECTIVE: ● To prepare and serve the highest quality of food to students in a pleasant, clean and safe environment
DUTIES: ● Prepare, cook, and serve, menu items with emphasis on sanitation, nutrition, efficiency, and eye appeal. ● Must be able to use ovens, steamer, and range and be familiar with the care of these items. Grill cook will be responsible for grill care and maintenance. There may be some overlapping of responsibilities. ● Sanitize and clean tables-sweep floors-clean dishes. ● Assist others in work area as needed. ● Prepare serving line for service with sides, fruits, condiments, paper-goods, etc. ● Use safety features required by manufacturers and those added by Food Service Director. ● Maintain a clean and neat work area/equipment at all times, which is free of hazards. ● Maintain proper production records.
