Dynamic, Charismatic, Passionate, Coachable Fitness-Oriented Professional, Sales and Fitness Intructor needed for Fit Theorem - Harlem.
Fit Theorem - Harlem offers group classes in fitness kickboxing. Our instructors are welcoming, passionate, and love to help our members improve their lives.
Must have above average energy, Charismatic, Passionate, Go-getters, Proactive, Fitness and Sales Orientated, an edge, a fast learner, a team player, no ego, and possess stage presence.

Fit Theorem offers group classes in fitness kickboxing; it's the world's best fighters' workout... without the fight! Nobody gets hit, hurt, or made to feel bad. Helping our members get into the best shape of their life is our primary aim.
Seeking those with people skills and those who possess the "it" factor. MUST have above-average energy, an edge, be passionate about fitness, a fast learner, a team player, no ego, DEPENDABLE, COACHABLE, and want to improve the quality of people's lives. A positive attitude and outgoing personality are a requirement for this job!
No kickboxing experience... no problem. We will train the right person to become a top-notch Fit Theorem Instructor.
We are looking for trainers who want stability, and financial security, are done with gym jumping and WANT TO GROW as a part of a team. Serious applicants only.
POSITION: The responsibility of our Fit Theorem Sales and Fitness Instructor is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by helping new members enroll and teach life-changing fitness kickboxing classes. The Sales and Fitness Instructor also assists with retaining current members and the sale of Fit Theorem apparel and products.

- Build and develop relationships with members to achieve our vision of a vibrant FITT Facility and Family
- Help members develop themselves in a fitness capacity
- Maintain a high level of professional ethics and compliance with all studio rules and policies
- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, ensuring a clean, friendly class atmosphere
- Provide workouts that are fun and challenging, driven by an energetic attitude, always upbeat, and motivating to members
- Take the initiative to clean and organize the facility because you care about our community
- Promote supplements
- Hit monthly metrics goals
- Must be self-motivated and driven to continuously improve as a person and instructor, be a role model and live by example
- Take classes a minimum of 3 classes a week for continuous self-improvement.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented, and the desire to earn a professional wage
- Ability to learn and use our Fit Theorem software system.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills and be familiar with using Social Media.
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Follow Fit Theorem Handbook to meet our company standards
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute our sales process for lead generation, follow-up, and membership enrollment
- Conduct tours of our facility while establishing a relationship and targeting client's individual needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services and products to our current members and continue to promote studio values to current members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community and B2B events) to promote our studio
- Assume responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a friendly, outgoing, energetic, respectful and personable individual
- Must have high energy, be able to motivate and keep up with the intense workout or are driven to get better in everything that you do
- Must be able to demonstrate proper technique on a heavy bag for members to copy
- Must be able to lead a high intensity warm-up and core exercises
- Must be professional, on time, and reliable
- Must be able to develop and design workout sessions and/or programs for all private training and group training client
- Must be able to sell private training/group training sessions and packages
- Enthusiasm for personal health and fitness
- Availability must be a minimum of 3x a week
- Able to attend mandatory meetings on Tuesdays

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

The studio is cleaned and disinfected after every class, and filters are installed in the HVAC system to clean the air.
