Job description

Coordinates swim lessons for facility including calling potential clients and scheduling lessons. Organizes and instructs swim lessons for all fitness levels. Ensures that participants are properly trained on the use of the facility's swim and exercise equipment. Responsible for making sure that the exercise area and equipment are safe and clean. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor and works under supervision. High School Diploma required. Prefer a certification in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Flexible times are required to meet the members needs.
