Job description
If you love building relationships and helping people, Home Instead Joplin has part-time caregiving positions during overnight hours that could be perfect for you. We are seeking professional, compassionate and reliable in-home Care Professionals to provide care for our senior clients. Work an average of 20 hours per week and one weekend per month. Overnights are normally 8 pm-8 am or 10 pm-8 am.

Working for Home Instead Joplin is a rewarding professional opportunity and offers flexibility in your schedule.

  • $12/hour weekdays, $13/hour weekends
  • Active Missouri CNA license holders paid $13/hour weekdays and $14/hour weekends
  • Expand your skills through ongoing paid training, including state-certified basic personal care aide (PCA) training.
  • We pay competitive wages and offer health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan; annual raises and bonuses; referral bonuses and other bonuses for those with excellent job performance.
  • Our care plans provide detailed tasks, so you know what to complete when working with a client in his or her home.
Care Pro responsibilities include:
  • Conversation, companionship and mental stimulation
  • Personal hygiene such a bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
  • Cooking and nutritional guidance
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation services
