YOUR IMPACT:

  • Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, & bonneting) areas that include offices, training rooms, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas.
  • Leading the floor care team to perform to standards
  • Mixing chemicals needed to perform duties
  • Ensuring that all equipment is kept clean, and report any malfunctions to the Program Manager
  • Performing preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use.
  • Moving furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.
  • Providing other cleaning services, such as, dusting, routine restroom, office, and
    classroom cleaning.
  • Always following safety requirements and procedures.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe working environment by following safety procedures
  • Accomplishing organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

YOU WILL HAVE US AT HELLO:

  • A High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years previous custodial experience or any job-related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Reliable transportation
  • The ability to meet all required security clearances
  • The ability to perform constant physical labor and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations.
