Job Description
The Forklift Operator is tasked with the movement and proper storage of all production throughout the production and warehouse areas, and ensuring that all production lines are stocked with raw materials. The ideal candidate is dedicated, works well independently, and is eager to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Move pallets of finished product to their correct storage locations
- Ensure that all product is properly labelled before storing
- Stage raw materials to be loaded into the production lines
- Assist in the storage of all production materials throughout the warehouse area
- Move scrap material to the correct area and assist in the disposal process
- Provide support in the loading and unloading process of trucks and vans
- Any other duty or task assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to lift 25lbs. or more
