The role of the Stretchform Supervisor is to supervise the Forming group through a team of functional fabricators. Operate equipment in each area assigned, to build product that meets the customer specification and quality requirements.

The perfect fit

Are we aligned? We might be if this is you:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Vocational or Technical Degree helpful.
• Leadership and managerial skills necessary for a process leader.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints, understand engineering drawings and process specifications.
• Working knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, instructions, and blueprints
• Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
• Ability to competently use calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Working knowledge of MTI’s traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.)
• Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to get along with co-workers and be a team player
• Have strong confidence in oneself and decisions made.
• Understand and adhere to safety requirements
• Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris
