The role you’ll contribute:

The foundation director is responsible for assisting the president of the foundation in the planning, organizing, and directing of all fundraising for AdventHealth Georgia. Duties include, but are not limited to grateful patient program, annual fund, president's society, planned giving, special events, major gifts program, grant writing, and capital campaigns. The foundation director works closely with the president of the foundation, hospital CEOs, and the foundation boards in all development and fundraising endeavors.

• Become (or remain) acutely involved in the community

• Coordinate AdventHealth Georgia's fundraising efforts including but not limited to foundation board, community members, corporate partners, team members and more.

• Interact with hospital volunteers to encourage fundraising activities

• Help plan, execute, and follow-through regularly scheduled donor "thank you" events.

• Direct the annual fund program, including mailings and annual fundraising drives.

• Meet prospective donors and supporters on a consistent basis to establish effective communication and rapport.

• Steward donors and supporters on a continual basis and maintain effective and engaged communications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience
