*Requirements:* Must be friendly, energetic, and customer service oriented. Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. *Responsibilities:* Greeting guests in a welcoming manner, and providing them with exceptional customer service. Answering the phone. Making reservations over the phone and in person. Checking guests in and out / collecting payments from guests / Night Audit Handling guest requests and complaints. Carrying out all duties warmly, efficiently, and professionally. Skills: Agents must be able to communicate politely and effectively with all guests, and fellow staff. Applicant must have basic knowledge of how to use a computer, and internet. Full time and Part time position available.
