We are looking for an Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant! We are needing someone who loves to take the initiative and look for opportunities to try to advance their knowledge in an office setting. Job Duties:

*Must be organized

*Detail oriented

*Comfortable answering phones

*Greeting customers

*Friendly/Outgoing personality

*Computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

*Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Quickbooks a PLUS

Job Requirements:

*Great at multitasking

*Takes initiative to get things done

*Organizational skills

*1 year minimum of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

*Enjoy customer service

* Superb Communication skill

*Data entry

*Comfortable multitasking on the phone and computer at the same time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
