Bethany First Steps Childcare Center is seeking one Full-time Floater.

Bethany First Steps is a small Christian center located in Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn. Our focus is to provide high quality care and provide a strong Christian background to the children and families we serve. Each of our classrooms have no more than 10 children per room in order for you to spend quality time with each child and provide educational and engaging activities for them. We have a small team of great teachers who create a positive work environment.

Main duties of Floater include providing support for the teachers classrooms on their day off, communicating with parents about their child's day, implementing lessons plans left by teacher, must be able to effectively maintain a safe environment for the safely of the kids, must be able to maintain a schedule for the kids, must be able and willing to work well with others. Must be flexible and able to move between a variety of age levels. Must be available to cover a 10 hour shift, will be scheduled no more then 4 days a week, must be at least 19 years of age and be able to pass a background check, must have experience in a center, must be willing to complete finger prints, must be willing to take necessary training required by state and the center. No nights or weekends!
