Job Description:
pCare is seeking an energetic Field Service Technician to represent our company in the Healthcare Environment. Successful candidates should feel comfortable working in a patient care environment and combine an outstanding work ethic with a passion for servicing patients by delivering high-end quality products and services.
Responsible for Servicing and Supporting TV related equipment:
- Troubleshooting and Servicing pCare equipment throughout NYC and LI hospitals.
- Supporting existing accounts by reviewing work orders and troubleshooting problems.
- Documenting issues and updating internal support team on resolution.
- Performing maintenance of Interactive TV systems.
- Communicating with customer where required
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a customer support position (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge in Audio / Video broadcast (Helpful)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented individual with good verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with diverse personalities in stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be able to meet specific requirements such as immunizations and screening required for hospital visits
- Must be Covid vaccinated
- Clean Drivers License
- Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Queens and Long Island Hospitals
Company's vehicle will be issued for work purposes.The office is located in Syosset, NY 11791.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
