Description
- Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training
- Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
- Update Programs of Instruction
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
- Provide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs
- Other related tasks as assigned by Lead
Required Qualifications
- Possess an active SECRET clearance or higher
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Possess 6-8 8 years of relevant experience
- Possess advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Possess expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
- Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills
