Re-Bath is the largest bathroom remodeler and we are looking to grow even more! We are currently looking for talkative & enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing team as a Retail Marketing Representative in Mesa AZ.

What exactly does a retail marketing representative do?

· You will be assigned stores at two of our largest national partnerships Home Depot & Lowe’s.

· You will attend weekend tent events as requested by your stores to help drive knowledge and lead generation.

· You will help train employees at our service provider stores about our business and how they can better generate leads from their customers.

· You will set up booths within your stores to help generate more leads.

· You will keep your stores up to date on their performance and provide helpful tips, goals, and incentives to help them get more involved in the program.

· You will keep our displays clean, stocked with brochures, and report any damages.

· You will attend meetings and ongoing training development classes with Re-Bath to better help you help your stores succeed.

Qualifications:

· Must be comfortable talking to customers, talking with staff, and provide trainings with groups of people.

· Need to be able to lift 30lbs as needed. (Outdoor Canopy, 6ft foldable table, etc.) · Must be able to pass a background check.

· Must have reliable transportation as you will be driving to multiple locations a day.

· Must be available to work Tuesday- Saturday

THE COMPENSATION:

• $16 an hour + gas reimbursement
• 40 hours a week.
• Commissions & bonus structure, you can earn over $3,200+ a month on top of your hourly wage!
• Benefits, Dental, Vision, Health, PTO after 90 days.'
