Job Responsibilities
- Gather, identify and record all incoming faxed or mailed application documents for compliance and loan eligibility
- Work efficiently and quickly to meet aggressive service levels while still meeting accuracy requirements and volume expectations
- Create files for Funding, perform accurate data entry, review document completeness and evenly disburse to a team of funders
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in a variety of proprietary and industry software in order to process loans. Such software includes; Autocheck, Defi Solutions, The Work Number and Excel.
- Assist Funders with completing verifications based on volume needs
- Assist the Funding Team Leads with the orientation and training of new Processing Associates and branch staff as needed
- Respond to department specific questions; research and resolve dealership or branch issues
Qualifications
- Abide by CIG Financial policies, procedures and standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Timely and efficient problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Prior experience preferred, however, training is available
