Job description
Starting Pay - $15 per hour minimum based on experience
Essential Functions:
- Performs general building maintenance tasks as needed where needed, including cleanup and organization of garage tools and garage area.
- Must be able to use small power tools.
- Must be able to operate garden tractors, leaf blowers, and weed whackers.
- Mows grass and cuts weeds; cleans snow from sidewalks and parking area.
- On occasion will assist mechanic, when and where necessary.
- Picks up parts from vendors when needed.
- Assists in loading and unloading vendor supplies as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license
